Welcome to BOND Cleaning Services! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By booking a service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you may not use our services.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
We provide professional cleaning services along with additional services, including:
- Carpet cleaning
- Flea treatment
All services are performed in accordance with the agreement between BOND Cleaning Services and the customer.
2. BOOKINGS, PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Refunds are not automatically granted once services have been rendered.
- If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning, they must first provide us with an opportunity to rectify the issue before any refund is considered.
- If we are unable to accommodate a rectification, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion, following an internal review and approval.
- Refunds are only applicable to services that were not performed or deemed unsatisfactory, as verified by us.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
4.1 Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service date.
- Cancellations occurring within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee (determined at our discretion).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4.2 Rescheduling
- If a service cannot be performed due to access restrictions, incorrect booking details, or any other unforeseen circumstances, it must be rescheduled.
- A rescheduling fee may apply, and the amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. LIABILITY & DAMAGES
- We shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to the property, furniture, or other belongings.
- Customers are required to inspect the premises immediately upon service completion.
- Any damage claims must be reported within twelve (12) hours of service completion. Claims made after this period will not be considered valid.
6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Our Bond Back Guarantee applies exclusively to cleaning services explicitly itemized on the invoice and deemed insufficient by the relevant bond authority. This guarantee is strictly limited to the cleaning services provided and invoiced. We do not assume liability for damages, maintenance issues, or any deficiencies beyond the agreed-upon scope of cleaning.
Terms and Conditions:
- The Bond Back Guarantee is only valid if the invoice has been paid in full.
- Claims must be submitted within three (3) calendar days from the date of service completion. Claims filed after this period will not be considered.
- One rectification visit is permitted under this guarantee, and all claims must be submitted at the same time.
- Any requests for further rectifications beyond the initial rework are excluded from this guarantee.
- The guarantee strictly applies only to cleaning services explicitly listed on the invoice.
- We do not accept responsibility for wear and tear, damages, or any issues beyond our cleaning services.
- If we are unable to rectify the identified cleaning concerns, a partial refund for the affected service may be issued. The remaining invoice balance remains payable and non-refundable.
- Should a customer require additional cleaning services not included in the original invoice, such services may be provided for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Refund Policy under Bond Back Guarantee
If a valid claim is made within the terms of our Bond Back Guarantee and we are unable to complete a rectification clean, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund for the specific cleaning item in question. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered when a rectification is not possible or has been refused by the customer. The remainder of the invoice remains payable and non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse specific tasks if they pose a health or safety risk to our staff.
- Prohibited tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Handling of hazardous waste
- Cleaning in extreme hoarding conditions
- Removal of mold, biohazards, or other unsafe materials
7. ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR MISREPRESENTATION
- If the actual property condition differs from the information provided at the time of booking, additional charges may be applied.
- Example: If the property is furnished but was booked as an unfurnished property, an additional cleaning fee will be charged due to increased labor and time required.
- Any such additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding with the service.
8. SERVICE LOCATIONS & ADDITIONAL FEES
- Our primary service area is the Gold Coast.
- For services outside the Gold Coast region, additional travel fees may apply.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- If a dispute arises, the customer must first contact us directly to seek resolution.
- If the matter remains unresolved, the dispute may be referred to an independent mediation service.
- Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be governed by the laws of Australia.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time.
- The most recent version of the Terms shall always be available on our website.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
